Do my executives know my business or do I have to explain everything every time?

What happens to my data?

Your data stays yours. We never train on your business data. Nothing you share with your executives is used to improve any model. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Do you replace my lawyer or accountant?

No. Stratum’s Legal executive helps you understand contracts, track renewals, and flag risk — but it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Same for the CFO — it gives you financial clarity, not licensed accounting services. Think of them as the smartest people in your corner, not your licensed professionals.

What if I have no tools connected yet? Is it still useful?

Yes, from day one. Every executive works from what you tell them during onboarding. Connect tools and they get sharper — reading your real pipeline, your actual cash position, your live ad spend. But you never need to connect anything to get value.

What data do you have access to?

Only what you connect or upload. We read from the tools you explicitly authorise — QuickBooks, HubSpot, Slack, and so on. We never access anything outside of those permissions. You can disconnect any tool at any time.

Is my financial data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use bank-grade encryption for stored credentials. We never store your actual financial account numbers — only the OAuth tokens your accounting software issues to us.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. No notice period, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Do you have a free trial?

Yes. 14 days free. No credit card required to start. If Stratum doesn’t change how you run your agency in the first two weeks, you walk away owing nothing.
